Design and Process Platforms for Complex Systems
The purpose of this workshop is to stimulate the discussion design and process platforms requirements to help Complex Systems Problems. The Interoperability, traceability and lack of appropriated Software Engineering methods and curriculum within Complex Systems exhibits the properties of a Wicked-Structured problem. All Public Systems and their interfaces with Private Systems are challenging our Science Community. This Workshop will stimulate discussions on the current approaches to lead with this reality

Bruno Carvalho Palvarini graduated from Electrical Engineering, M.Sc. on Signal Processing, from Universidade de Brasília, Brazil; he's worked on Reduced Noising Techniques using Wavelet Transforms. As a public servant, he's served at Caixa Econômica Federal, a brazilian key organization on executing public policies. Mr. Palvarini has coordinated the GesPública Program, a unique experience on integration of collaborative networks towards delivering better quality services for the citizens. He is currently the Director of a Project Management Office created at the Ministry of Planning, Budget, and Management, working with strategic and complex initiatives of the brazilian government.
