The advent of mobile health technologies is bringing about a paradigm shift in the way healthcare is delivered to patients. The purpose of this session is to present some of the cutting edge technologies associated with mHealth. The session would also include a few case studies where mHealth was successfully implemented to help patients not having easy access to healthcare facilities. Two of the session organizers have developed an edited book on mHealth which has been published by Springer. The session would provide opportunity to the participants in developing collaborative research on mHealth.
